Ingredients
Method
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until it's no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
- Add salt, pepper, chopped onions, and pickles. Stir to combine and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before mixing in the cheddar cheese.
- Take each biscuit and flatten it out using your hand or a rolling pin. Place a heaped tablespoon of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit.
- Fold the dough over the filling, pinching the edges to seal and forming a ball. Place the stuffed biscuits seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with garlic powder and parmesan cheese. Brush the tops of each bomb generously with the garlic parmesan butter mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the bombs are golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For an extra burst of flavor, add a teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce to the beef mixture while cooking. This will enhance the savory taste of your Cheeseburger Bombs!
