- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix in milk and eggs until just combined (lumps are okay).
- Season ground beef with salt and pepper; form into small patties.
- Heat a skillet with oil over medium heat and cook patties for 3-4 minutes per side until browned.
- Pour pancake batter into another skillet; cook until bubbles form before flipping.
- After flipping pancakes, place burger patties on top to melt the cheese.
- Stack pancakes with patties in between and drizzle with maple syrup.
Notes
For an extra burst of flavor, add crispy bacon between the layers of pancakes and patties. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days and reheat in a skillet.
